Heights offers a wide range of services for a wide range of customers. Since the bulk of the business is general automotive repair, Craig and Bill give high priority to their customers who especially need a mechanic they can trust. Whether you are a busy mom, a commuter, a young single, an older widow—whoever you are—Craig and Bill strive to address your concerns, complete all repairs, and get you back in that driver’s seat as soon as possible. Another priority is preventative maintenance—both Craig and Bill are experts at seeing and alerting their customers to potential future mechanical problems.
Heights is licensed as a state emissions repair facility, and as such has access to high-tech diagnostics. High –tech equipment and highly qualified automotive technicians make customers comfortable bringing in their brand new cars or older models, vans or light trucks, imports or domestics, with gasoline engines/hybrids or diesel.
Craig and Bill are also both experts in high performance specialties, specifically race car fabrication, suspension modification and setup, carburetor building and tuning, fuel injection, engine/transmission and drive train performance modification. Craig is a racer himself. Craig’s current ride is a back halved 1969 Chevelle, alcohol injected 427, 2-speed power glide w/ Deadenbear case. Just ask him and he’ll share how it runs 9.40’s @ 140 mph.
Craig and his wife Kathy are Midland Park residents. After you ask him about his race car, don’t forget to ask him about his grandchildren! He’s got pictures. Bill lived most of his life in Midland Park, but now lives in West Milford with his wife Sara and their five children. They are your trusted neighbors; they are excellent mechanics; they care about you and your families and your vehicles.
